Technical Project Manager Philips Monitoring Systems Implementation

Location : 50% Onsite / Travel 50% Remote

JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of advanced Philips Monitoring Systems across our healthcare network.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in managing large-scale technology projects within an Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), focusing specifically on Philips monitoring systems and their architecture.

We are looking for candidates who have direct experience managing the implementation of Philips monitoring systems within a large healthcare network.

Key competencies include deep technical knowledge of Philips systems, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively across large teams and with senior leadership

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Lead Implementation of Philips Monitoring Systems :

Oversee the deployment of primary systems, including :

  • eICU
  • PIC iX
  • Revision 4
  • MP to MX monitor conversions
  • Installation of Philips IBE
  • Develop and execute comprehensive implementation strategies and project plans for enterprise-wide deployment.

Strategic Project Management :

  • Directly manage all aspects of implementation, strategy, and communications for connected Philips monitoring systems and related software
  • Develop written implementation strategies and detailed project plans
  • Utilize project management best practices to ensure timely and successful project delivery

Team Coordination and Communication :

  • Coordinate among several large technical teams and peer project managers
  • Align tasks and milestones across teams to ensure cohesive project progress
  • Provide system-level updates to senior leaders, clinical and administrative stakeholders, and project team members

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE :

Technical Expertise :

  • Deep knowledge in technical project management within an IDN setting.
  • Extensive experience with Philips monitoring systems architecture and software.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement enterprise-level deployment strategies for Philips monitoring technology.

Project Coordination Skills :

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate large, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and mitigate risks.

Communication Skills :

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience presenting updates to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to translate complex project details into clear, understandable formats.

Leadership Abilities :

  • Proven track record of leading project teams to successful outcomes.
  • Ability to mentor and guide less experienced project managers and coordinators.
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration and alignment among diverse teams.

Project Management Skills :

  • Proficient in project management processes including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Lean management systems and PMI standards.
  • Ability to use standard project management tools effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS : Education :

Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Public Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience :

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical project management within the healthcare industry
  • Specific experience with Philips monitoring systems implementation is highly preferred

Travel Requirements : Approximately 50% onsite / travel and 50% remote work.
