Position Overview :

The Senior Marketing Manager will lead all marketing initiatives, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution.

This dynamic leader will manage a small team and collaborate with external agencies or freelance talent, as needed, to deliver results-driven marketing programs.

The ideal candidate will be actively involved in day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring the effective execution of strategies while providing strong leadership and guidance to the team.

This position is hybrid, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Strategy & Execution :

• Execute and manage comprehensive marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising
• Drive and optimize lead generation efforts, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads to support the sales pipeline
• Use data analysis to assess campaign performance, offering insights for continuous improvement

Team Leadership & Development :

• Lead, mentor and inspire a small marketing team, including a Social Media Coordinator and a Content Designer, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand identity
• Review and approve all content and marketing materials, maintaining high standards for consistency and quality

Content Strategy & Creation :

• Develop and implement cohesive content strategies that resonate with our target audiences and align with business objectives
• Oversee the creation of a consistent flow of engaging content across a range of platforms, including website blog, email, social media, and client-facing materials

CRM & Data Management :

• Manage and optimize marketing communications of HubSpot CRM, focusing on effective lead nurturing campaigns
• Analyze customer engagement metrics, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators to refine and enhance marketing strategies

Event Planning & Coordination :

Strategically plan and coordinate event logistics, from conference registrations to booth setup, ensuring our brand presence is impactful and seamlessly executed

Budget Management :

Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to ensure delivery on goals while maintaining cost efficiency

Requirements :

• A minimum of five years of marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies, channels, and branding initiatives
• Hands-on experience in content creation, campaign management, and lead generation, with a results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, with experience in analyzing data for marketing insights
• Strong leadership capabilities and project management skills, with the ability to foster team collaboration and performance
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
