Responsibilities

In this role, you'll work collaboratively across multiple departments, including Creative, Shopper Marketing, Sales, Operations, and internal and external agency partners to achieve outstanding business objectives.
Primary Responsibilities :
Strategic Execution : Lead the development and execution of brand strategic plans, commercialization, and assist sales counterparts in crafting compelling selling stories to meet sales and profit goals.
Develop annual budgets, create marketing plans, and ensure seamless execution. Leverage existing systems and develop new ones to track and achieve objectives.
- Creative Development : Translate overall business objectives to specific creative projects, including but not limited to influencer and media partnerships, to help drive Fireball’s relevance with Gen-Z (legal drinking age) and Millennial consumers.
- Business Management : Lead weekly and monthly business reporting, analyzing data to provide insights to senior leadership to help inform total brand strategy.
I also lead budget tracking and strategy for the brand to help ensure the budget is spent efficiently and effectively.
- Innovation Process Ownership : Ownership of the innovation process, including 3-5-year planning, breakthrough packaging design, liquid development, and commercialization.
- Shopper / In-Store Marketing : Partner closely with Sales and Shopper Marketing functions to develop in-store programming and point-of-sale materials that help Fireball become a category leader in both on- and off-premise channels.
- Market Expertise : Be recognized as the strategic expert in category business trends, drivers, and inhibitors. Develop customer-specific roadmaps that align with consumer trends and customer needs.
- Customer Engagement : Partner with National Key Account managers for customer meetings, including new item / brand sell-in and Joint Business Planning.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or brand management in alc-beverage, CPG, or related industry
- Strong planning and organizational skills; time management and prioritization skills
- Willingness to travel (max 20%)
- Experience leading people through influence where no direct reporting relationship exists
- Demonstrated active learner with the ability to make independent observations
- Comfortable with change in a fast-moving environment
- Ability to communicate with all levels of an organization
- Excellent project management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
PREFERRED :
- Experience in Alc Beverage and 3-tier system
- 2+ years of experience in a Marketing or Agency capacity

The salary range refers to base salary only and does not include car allowance, annual bonus, fuel, or cell phone reimbursement.
