Job Description and Duties

Under the direction of a Facilities Section manager, the Staff Services Analyst (SSA) is the primary support to the Statewide Fuel Tank Program and Statewide Sustainability Program analysts.

Responsible for collecting data, updating and maintaining various spreadsheets to track permits, invoices, and contracts.

Collect, organize, and mange energy and water conservation related data. Prepare mandatory departmental, local and state, and regulatory agencies reports to ensure compliance with state and federal codes and regulation.

Research project costs, provide estimates and quotes, prepare written responses or give presentations requiring strong written and verbal skills.

Completion of bill analysis related to the Sustainability and / or Fuel Tank Programs. Provide support to the X-Number analyst and Associate Business Management Analysts by independently preparing, reviewing, submitting, and editing various correspondence, emails, research data, and communications network messages.

Working Conditions

Work hours Monday-Friday 8-5. Travel and overtime may be required.
