Koons Westminster Toyota is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team! We are a state of the art car dealership looking for an accounting professional to help our busy store grow.
Voted "Best Places to Work" 10 Times! We are centrally located in Carroll County, MD, an easy commute from all parts of surrounding counties including Southern PA
Primary Duties :
- Hires, trains, and supervises office personnel
- Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures
- Reconciles select accounts monthly
- Ensures that all manufacturer accounts including warranty claims, rebates, interest, protection, and co-op advertising accounts are current and accurate
- Prepares sales commission / chargeback detail reports
- Manages the payoff of vehicle floor plan
Pay and Recognition :
Compensation- Yearly salary between $50, - $65, (based on experience)
- Semi monthly pay

Requirements :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Thorough understanding of automotive accounting practices
Education / Experience :
- Two or more years of accounting experience in an automotive dealership
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Business Administration is preferred.
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs at a time unassisted
