Senior Process Development Manager (Houston, TX)
About the Opportunity
In this leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for next-generation products.
You will collaborate closely with innovation teams to ensure a smooth transition from development to production. Additionally, you will lead efforts to continuously improve existing processes, driving greater efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the development and introduction of new products into manufacturing facilities.
- Foster strong collaboration with innovation teams to translate early-stage ideas into scalable industrial solutions.
- Lead process optimization initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, environmental impact, and production speed.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for new product introductions, innovation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Champion best practices, data management, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- Identify and implement new manufacturing technologies that enhance process capabilities and product quality.
- Lead and develop a high-performing process development team.
The Ideal Candidate :
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, process technology, or process development.
- Strong understanding of advanced material production processes.
- Proven experience with process safety standards and implementation.
- Leadership experience with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Passion for innovation and a history of bringing new technologies to market.
- Excellent collaboration skills with diverse teams across the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results.
