Assist the team in daily operations of the department as needed, while following outlined procedures and policies with minimal supervision. Process device orders and returns. Maintain materials and warehouse standards for accuracy and efficiency. Ensure review of all products prior to shipment utilizing the 7 R's of logistics : (Right product, in the Right quantity in the Right condition, at the Right place, at the Right time, to the Right customer, at the Right price.) Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure company goals are met.

Responsibilities :

• Shipping Responsibilities

Quality review of all Medical device orders prior to shipment.

Verify and receive product per procedure into SAP / MAX. (MLN, Shelf Life, Label, etc ... )

Support with On-Call rotation as needed.

Take calls for the department

Other responsibilities as assigned.
