We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team.

The HR Generalist will play a key role in ensuring the effective management of employee attendance, fostering employee engagement, and resolving workplace issues.

This position requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple HR functions and is passionate about creating a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Monitor and track employee attendance and punctuality.
  • Develop and implement attendance policies and procedures.
  • Address attendance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and analyze attendance reports to identify patterns and recommend solutions.
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Conduct surveys to gauge employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture through recognition programs and team-building activities.
  • Collaborate with management to develop strategies to enhance employee morale and productivity.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees to address grievances and workplace issues.
  • Conduct investigations and resolve employee conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
  • Experience in attendance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
