Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Location : Onsite - Brea, CA

Duration : 3 months contract (possibility of extension)

Shift Timing : Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 4 : 00pm PST

Pay : $21 / Hour on W2

Job Description :

• Customer Service Representative (CSR) with strong customer service soft skills, routine orders entry skill, order tracking, and problem resolution.
• Responsible for all customer types of inquiry and products, and you will be working closely with customer and internal teams to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• The CSR will ensure customer satisfaction by way of processing orders, answering phones promptly, finishing delivery information and providing field sales / service support, all with accuracy and efficiency.
