The opportunity
You’ll own activities throughout a specific market, including various recruiting events and programs. You’ll be part of a collaborative team with high visibility to leadership and the opportunity to network with a wide array of stakeholders and influencers.

Your key responsibilities
It’s no exaggeration to say no two days are quite the same in this role. You’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities from facilitating and attending campus recruiting events to managing programs around diversity initiatives.
You’ll work closely with business leaders to develop recruiting strategies for specific universities, colleges and markets.
You’ll work closely with our internship program to ensure our interns are engaged and given challenging opportunities.
Skills and attributes for success
You’ll be managing a diverse array of talent projects and events so strong organizational skills and attention to detail are key.
You’ll have the ability to build and nurture long term relationships with internal and external influencers and stakeholders.
You’ll need to be creative and innovative in developing sourcing strategies that attract talent and focus on diversity initiatives.
To qualify for the role, you must have :
- A proven record of success in talent attraction and retention
- A broad understanding of recruitment laws and practices
- General understanding in compensation practices and Benefit laws and practices
- Experience managing and planning multiple events
- Practical knowledge of common computer programs (i.e., Microsoft Office) including applicant tracking systems (i.e., SuccessFactors, Yello)
- Strong communication skills including comfort in speaking to large audiences
- 2-5 plus years of related experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ideally, you’ll also have :
- Experience working within professional services or large matrix corporate environment
- Analytical skills to interpret and react to complex and constantly evolving data

What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.
The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $59,500 to $108,100. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $71,500 to $122,800.
Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
