Having just launched formally this month, the subcompany to NEXT is growing rapidly, and ready to expand the current team.
Looking for an executive assistant, ideally who can double as a talent coordinator. Someone who is wanting to grow is the creator space, ideally into a junior manager.
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for the co founder and executive director. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive director or co-founder with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives and top tier talents
- Making sure the founder is organized, as are the main talents
- Communicate when needed for Director / Founder to other team members
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Be communication point between modeling board and Who's Next for 360 talents
- Be Familiar with content creators as well as Tik Tok and Instagram
- Help organize and run influencer / talent campaigns
- Assist manager in day to day
- Rarely, but when needed assist highest ups and top tier talent with personal assistant needs
Administrative coordination, and logistics

Ideally creative skills, such as being to help with projects such as talent decks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years of exec assisting and / or talent coordination at a talent agency
- Communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Keep track of contacts and other needs of the company
- Know or be able to learn google calendar, g-mass, outlook, excel, boomerang, and CRM systems
- Bonus in salary if able to redline contracts
