LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Human Resources Generalist for a position located in the Indianapolis, IN area. This growing & successful company offers compensation between $50-60k plus 100% paid employee healthcare and one remote workday!!! In this HR role, you will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on payroll processing (MUST HAVE PAYLOCITY payroll processing experience) benefits and employee relations.

ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS :

Prior experience processing payroll for 100+

Prior experience with new hire orientations and on-boarding

Employee Relations & 401k and Healthcare Benefits Administration

Experience with HR data management

The ability to understand business goals as well as design and implement new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company

The desire and ability to be an influential and credible HR leader

Solutions focused and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred

3+ years experience

Proficiency with Payroll HRIS Systems

Payroll experience using PAYLOCITY SOFTWARE IS A FIRM REQUIREMENT
