We are looking for the quintessential Executive Personal Assistant who has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the mastery to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients.
The ideal candidate must have previous experience as a Personal and / or Executive Assistant, have a bachelor’s degree, proficiency in social media platforms, intermediate understanding of brand building and the social media landscape.
The EPA will have a keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational abilities are critical for success in this position.
Additionally, you must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professionalism while dealing with various stakeholders, senior level staff, and clients.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity is imperative for success in this role.
As an Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in administrative tasks, creative endeavors, personal concierge services, and overseeing house management operations.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working closely with a prominent CEO of a Behavioral Health Organization with an ecosystem spanning 6 states.
You must be able to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and organize travel arrangements. Prepare and coordinate documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, and respond promptly and professionally on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate personal appointments, reservations, and other personal commitments for the CEO. Coordinate resources for additional support, as needed, for execution of specific concierge services.
Collaborate with the CEO on creative projects, such as content creation, branding, and marketing initiatives. Assist in brainstorming and developing innovative ideas and concepts to enhance the CEO's personal brand and social media presence.
Finally, the ideal candidate must be willing to travel extensively at least 75% of the time with the CEO; and in some instances, without the CEO.
