Job Title : Construction Project Manager

What we are looking for : · Conducts site visits to construction sites, as needed · Identifies general project requirements and / or constraints to bring the structure back to pre-loss conditions · Collaborate with other carpenters, journeyman, and supervisors to complete projects · Provides detailed, line-item scope and estimate for items within the project that are uncertain and need further investigation· Documents and reports findings based on industry standards or personal experience· Perform a variety of tasks according to plans and specifications as directed by the reconstruction manager as needed in order to close out any outstanding walk-through items / punch lists in a timely manner Desired Experience : · Minimum 2-5 years’ experience required in carrying out a large range of construction projects and punch list tasks· Intermediate problem-solving skills including managing scope of work, partnering with stakeholders, identifying risks, and managing general constraints to close out multiple residential and commercial construction projects on time· Detail oriented with an emphasis on project coordination, building codes, and documentation of all areas of project management· Proven work experience using common hand tools and power tools · Physical stamina for lifting equipment and working at various heights and in tight spaces· Must have valid driver’s license Pay range : Negotiable. Compensation : $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
