Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a temporary Benefits Coordinator to join our Talent Management team on a 3-month contract.
The Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Benefits Department and Talent Management team.
This position will handle a variety of benefits and personnel-related administrative duties and can work remotely in North Carolina.
The ideal candidate will have experience in benefits or human resources administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the administration of Firm Benefits including but not limited to : healthcare, wellness, retirement, disability, life insurance and leaves of absence.
Provide excellent customer service to personnel, vendors and external entities regarding Firm benefit and human resource programs and policies including resolution of issues.
Oversee the reconciliation of benefit invoices to ensure enrollment and budget accuracy.
Creation and maintenance of electronic personnel and benefit files, ensuring data integrity and oversight of the internal personnel site.
Support the completion of benefits reporting requirements and ensure distribution of required notices.
Support annual open enrollment, including HRIS data entry, extensive quality and accuracy testing.
Stay up-to-date on benefits and leave of absence legislation and complying with Firm and governmental regulations.
Provide general information to appropriate personnel regarding our HRIS system, the Personnel Processing Site and any processes and procedures associated with them.
Serve as an administrator for the firm's on-boarding solution.
May provide general support for Talent Management team members, including phone coverage, expense reports, special events and projects, and meeting coordination (to include appointments, logistics, travel arrangements), and shipping and scanning of materials.
May assist the Payroll Department with data entry into the internal HRIS system, as well as the Talent Relations team with the evaluation process for new hires, job changes and annual performance reviews.
Process healthcare enrollments and verification of employment request in a timely manner with accuracy.
Perform special projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS :
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Three years direct experience as a Benefits Assistant or Benefits Coordinator is required.
Direct experience working with UKG Pro and Plan Source systems for payroll and benefit administration.
