Overview :
We're currently seeking a highly motivated Commercial HVAC Service / Project Sales professional for our team in Las Vegas, NV.
This role is essential for spearheading our business development efforts within the commercial HVAC sector. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in boosting our sales initiatives, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and achieving high levels of satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include identifying profitable sales opportunities, developing effective sales proposals, and managing client projects to ensure both financial success and the attainment of objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and develop new service and project sales opportunities within the commercial HVAC industry.
- Craft and deliver impactful sales proposals to both new and existing clients, ensuring the acquisition of profitable contracts.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through diligent networking and consistent follow-up actions.
- Oversee project lifecycles from conception to completion, guaranteeing alignment with client needs and high satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Deep understanding of commercial HVAC systems, with a solid foundation in both service and project sales.
- A minimum of 5 years of field experience or 3 years with a Technical School Certification in HVAC-R.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and sales objectives, with effective prioritization skills.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Las Vegas, NV, with a stable and demonstrated work history in the commercial HVAC sector.
