A bachelor's or higher-level degree in any field and one year of experience in information technology; or 60 semester credit hours including or supplemented by 15 semester credit hours in computer science and one year of professional experience in information technology.
Two years of professional experience in information technology.

Duties Description Under the direction of Information Technology Specialist 3, SG23, within the Chief Technology Office / Business Applications Services / Environment, Energy, & Transportation portfolio, the position will work with customers ensuring their systems meet their business needs.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to :
- Gather and analyze system requirements,
- Prepare specifications and documents for programmers,
- Validate results by testing programs,
- Serve as the first point of contact for business applications,
- Provide customer service and functional support to end-users,
- Work with customers to diagnose, review, and resolve incidents,
