Technical Coordinator Job Description
Role Summary
The primary focus of the Technical Coordinator is to maintain the ID Card Development, production / management and Set-up / Maintain online Client Access Systems.
Daily role responsibilities :
- Maintain the ID card Development, Production and ManagementCreate Templates for New and Renewing Clients Facilitate ApprovalsMaintain Current and Historic Records Oversee Distribution
- Set-up and Maintain online Client Access Systems (LIN / CEW) Create Standard and Custom Client Web Portals Manage Portal Access and Authorities Create Standard and Custom Reporting Provide Technical Support to Sales & Service and Clients
This position could be a good fit if you have :
- Thorough understanding of Excel and Word.
- Ability to proofread and audit documentation and reports. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills required.
- Strong organizational skills, problem solving, and decision-making skills required.
- Self-direction and self-starter skills required.
- Must be able to work core business hours of 8 : 00 -5 : 00.
