- Manage manufacturing and / or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and / or packaging.
- Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (, mechanical, electrical).
- Evaluate and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
- Perform equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment problems.
- Prepare technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.
- Work within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments
- Work with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused onlyon complex new assignments
- Perform highly complex and varied tasks and atypical assignments
- Guid and support junior team members;may assis tin their formal orientation and training
You are best equipped for this task if you have :
- Advanced knowledge in the Etch area and :
- A relevant completed vocational / professional training of at least 3years,
- Additional subject-specific experience (5+ years), or extended additional subject-specific qualification
- Working experience in a manufacturing environment
