Job Description :

At Regions, the Systems Administrator oversees installing, configuring, and maintaining operating system workstations and servers, including web servers, in support of business processing requirements.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Provides expertise to the design, planning, implementation, operation, and security of systems.
• Ensures long-term requirements of systems operations and administration are included in the overall information systems planning of the organization.
• Oversees the installation, maintenance, configuration, and integrity of computer software.
• Implements operating system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system.
• Monitors and maintains continuity with system software licensing and maintenance agreements.
• Provides recommendations regarding hardware and system software planning and budgeting.
• Manages compliance in Security and Regulatory standards.
• Some scripting (i.e. PowerShell and Bash).
• Conducts routine hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines.
• Develops and maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database / library of all supporting documentation.
• Drives improvements to processes and design enhancements.
• Coordinates, facilitates, and verifies projects across multiple environments.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or a technical training program with six (6) years of related experience.
• Or, a High School Diploma or GED with ten (10) years of related experience.

This position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to a Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building in one of the following locations :

Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position and would be at your own expense.

Compensation Details :

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include : experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role.

As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

Job Range Target :

Minimum : $90,960.40 USD

Median : $122,310.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans : This job is not incentive eligible.
