Job Description :
The Employee Benefits Proofreader will be responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy and clarity of all copy produced by the department, particularly during the critical open enrollment phase.
Key Responsibilities :
- Proofread documents for spelling, grammar, style, and clarity.
- Verify the accuracy of content, including phone numbers, links, and disclaimers.
- Ensure correct formatting and page references throughout documents.
- Manage multiple assignments with tight deadlines effectively.
- Identify and recommend process improvements proactively.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in proofreading / copywriting in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, and Asana.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience proofreading health insurance and benefits materials.
