Our programs, taught by celebrity coaches, are designed to build confidence, enhance skills, and provide students with opportunities to audition for agents and managers in the entertainment industry.
We pride ourselves on fostering creativity, confidence, and professionalism in aspiring actors and models.
Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Talent Director with a passion for the entertainment industry. The Talent Director will be responsible for interviewing potential candidates, presenting to large groups, advising families on our programs, and managing the enrollment process.
This position requires a confident, professional, and tech-savvy individual who can maintain strong relationships with both clients and industry professionals while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interview potential candidates for our acting and modeling programs.
- Confidently speak to large groups of potential clients, families, and students.
- Meet with families to offer personalized advice on program options, headshots, resumes, and other related services.
- Handle complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Enroll qualified candidates into our marketing and educational programs.
- Write up contracts using PandaDoc and manage other necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update customer information in company databases.
Required Skills :
- Proven industry experience.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to speak confidently to large groups.
- Tech-savvy, with a working knowledge of computer systems and databases.
- Patient and composed when dealing with complaints or difficult situations.
- Outgoing personality with a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good physical endurance to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment.
Job Type : Part-time
Pay : $4,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
Expected hours : 20 30 per week
