ZS's Insights & Analytics group partners with clients to design and deliver solutions to help them tackle a broad range of business challenges.

Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

The Value & Access Insights and Analytics group leverage big data and their deep understanding of healthcare economics to solve pharma’s most complex value and access business problems.

The team supports large and mid-sized pharma helping them : optimize product access and affordability for patients, enter into the right contracts with insurers, PBMs, and large healthcare institutions, find innovative solutions to identify preventable revenue leakage, prepare for the continuously evolving US policy and healthcare landscape, and build tools which enable teams to efficiently execute and track against their strategic objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and interpretation of advanced statistical models in R / SQL / Python, Tableau / Power BI and Excel / PPT.
  • Analyze various US healthcare datasets to guide the client and ZS team strategy.
  • Synthesize and communicate results to clients and ZS teams through oral and written presentations.
  • Develop client relationships and serve as key point of contact on aspects of projects.
  • Provide client and ZS teams project status updates.
  • Create project deliverables and implement solutions.
  • Advance problem-solving skills and improve ZS’s capabilities.
  • Guide and mentor Associates.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong record of academic success in quantitative and analytic coursework such as statistics or economics.
  • 2-4 years of relevant post-collegiate job experience in analytics or management consulting or with Life Science / Payer organizations.
  • High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative.
  • Interest in US health care.
  • Interest in working with big’ data.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Empathy, adaptability and emotional intelligence.
  • Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
  • Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.
  • Aptitude for, and enjoyment of, working in teams.
