Position Overview
We are seeking a Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for estimating the cost of various building projects and ensuring structural integrity of the exterior building envelope.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct estimates for building projects including roofing, walls, and windows
- Ensure structural integrity of the building envelope
- Collaborate with other team members to develop project plans and timelines
- Conduct site inspections to assess project needs and requirements
- Perform structural analysis and prepare technical reports
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering or a related field
- PE License Required
- Proven experience as an estimator in the construction industry
- Expertise in exterior building envelope
- Ability to conduct site inspections and perform structural analysis
- Experience in project management and technical report writing
- Nice to have skills : Knowledge of roofing, walls, and windows and experience preparing designs
Benefits
Salary Range : $100,000 - $130,000
