Epicor Business Systems Analyst

GTN Technical Staffing and Consulting is partnering with a client who is responsible for providing outstanding Information Technology services.

We are seeking an experienced Epicor Business Systems Analyst with indepth knowledge of Epicor and its addons as well as a solid understanding of manufacturing business processes.

The role focuses on delivering solutions that enhance data acquisition and delivery while collaborating with the business to optimize outcomes.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide enduser support for Epicor and associated business products including Kinetic 2021 DocStar (ECM) MES CPC AFR and Spreadsheet Server.
• Utilize probing questions to accurately assess needs and develop effective actions to meet those requirements.
• Develop computergenerated outputs for reporting data as required by the business.
• Collaborate with the ERP Manager and business teams to improve data flow and movement across the company.
• Coordinate with external partners as needed to deliver effective solutions.
• Respond to enduser requests in a courteous and timely manner; communicate any changes affecting endusers to the business.
• Conduct research to provide documented answers for inquiries about project or request statuses.
• Develop training plans to enhance Epicor knowledge and capabilities among endusers.
• Increase proficiency in product information and problem resolution techniques.
• Manage updates and upgrades often performing this work after hours; coordinate with subject matter experts to stay current.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND CHARACTERISTICS

• Preferred knowledge of the converting industry and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to manage difficult situations; responds promptly professionally and proactively to customer needs.
• Uses effective communication skills to clarify issues and meets or exceeds customer commitments.
• Strong problemsolving skills : identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner presenting options and escalating as needed.
• Preferred experience with Epicor 10 / 11 and familiarity with Kinetic 2021.
• Proficient in SQL SSRS Application Studio DMT BAQs and BPM; familiarity with all Epicor modules.
• Strong communication skills including grammar and diction when interacting via telephone email or voicemail.
• Capable of working in a fastpaced constantly changing environment multitasking as necessary while maintaining professionalism.

QUALITY STANDARDS

• Ability to define and distinguish between quality standards requirements and specifications to meet the customer's specified requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret requirements and appropriately apply them to projects tasks or activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Preferred : Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of experience in a Business or Technical Analyst role directly related to Epicor.

This is a Hybrid role in the Greensboro NC area.
