La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team Customer Support & Warranty , della direzione Service e Retail di Renault Trucks Italia, nel ruolo di PQE (Product Quality Engineer) ed avrà come principale responsabilità quella di fornire supporto tecnico, informazione e documentazione agli FSE (Field Service Engineer) ed alla rete di officine autorizzate Renault Trucks.

In particolare, si occuperà di :
- Gestire le attività quotidiane previste nel ruolo del PQE, stabilire priorità e linee guida per il supporto tecnico.
- Fornire supporto tecnico di secondo livello agli ispettori tecnici di zona.
- Supportare lo scambio di informazioni tra Back-office HQ(B.O.) e FSE (Field Service Engineer).
- Assicurare il supporto tecnico alla rete di officine autorizzate per problematiche tecniche e gestione giornaliera dell'Helpdesk Argus.
- Sviluppare processi e procedure per la gestione dei dossier tecnici.
- Raccogliere ed analizzare dati per conto di Casa Madre riguardo l’andamento dei veicoli, delle necessità tecniche e della qualità dei prodotti.
- Essere persona di riferimento per problemi tecnici e di qualità che richiedono un'escalation.
- Creazione / Gestione MQR / QJ(Quality Report) per raggiungere una soluzione entro un lasso di tempo accettabile.
- Fornire assistenza specifica al team commerciale (adattamenti veicoli).
- Seguire sessioni di formazione e aggiornamento presso Casa Madre per il ruolo di supporto.
Inoltre, avrà la responsabilità di assicurare la gestione delle pratiche relative alla qualità del prodotto, tra cui :
- Produrre report mensili sulla Qualità (top Quality Issues) e partecipare alle riunioni mensili di aggiornamento tecnico.
- Programmare e gestire riunioni regolari con il personale del concessionario e gestire le informazioni e miglioramenti / raccomandazioni del prodotto tramite gli FSE.
- Fornire supporto per il rispetto di conformità con gli standard di salute, sicurezza, qualità e tutela ambientale di Renault Trucks.
- Inviare richieste di Policy quando i criteri per la richiesta sono soddisfatti.
