We are currently seeking a talented Commercial Litigation Associate to join our practice.
Position Overview : We are looking for a commercial litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience in deposition, motion practice, and other courtroom procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing skills and a strong ability to advocate for clients in complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage litigation cases from inception to trial.
- Conduct depositions, draft motions, and represent clients in court.
- Research and analyze legal issues and prepare compelling legal documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop effective case strategies.
Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of four years of commercial litigation experience.
- Proven experience with depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
