The ideal candidate will assist the Production Manager regarding his daily tasks and to complete special projects assigend by the Production Manager.
The person in this position is also responsible for the technical training and the training process itself.

WHAT YOU WILL ENJOY DOING

- Real-time interaction with production floor by using MES / IT Systems
- Daily TasksChecks packaging area
- Coordinates label printing
- Updates and posts graphs for daily walk through
- Checks if all devices are up-to-date and functional
- PlanningCompiles daily production plan together with Planner
- Ensures all machine change-overs are performed in timely manner
- Back up forProduction Manager and Production Supervisors
- Quality Assurance
- Planning
- Coordination of all assigned activities during time of replacement
- TroubleshootingTracks and resolves production issues
- Escalates critical process problems to Production Manager
- Performance Measurements :
- Achievement of Production goals
- Employees following procedures
- Meet project deadlines
- High level of Acceptance Rate of Notes System
- All devices are connected and fulfill required standards of Regional OPEX / IT
- Proper documentation of production issues
What Makes You Great
Education / Experience :
- Min. High School Diploma, 4-year degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within Plastics Industry
Qualifications / Skills :
- Excellent Communication and Organizational skills
- Leadership Skills
- Technical understanding (Manufacturing and IT)
- Strong knowledge sharing / training skills
