We’re looking to hire a Freelance UX Designer for the #1 Direct Selling Brand of Skin Care and Color Cosmetics.
You’ll join the Creative Team to contribute to the creative digital growth of the brand through the design and creation of thoughtful, memorable, and impactful user experiences.
This is a 12 month opportunity. The role is located in Addison Texas and is hybrid onsite.
Freelance UX Design Responsibilities :
- Create complex, functional, annd original UX / UI visual / interaction designs for multiple website platforms, native mobile apps, emails.
- Collaborate on user experience planning with in-house agency, IT, Corporate Communications, research / testing / data analytics, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Produce wireframes, mockups, clickable prototypes, sketches.
- Execute and revise final visual and interaction designs in collaboration with developers.
- Manage workload for multiple projects and job schedules.
Freelance UX Designe Requirements :
- 4 year degree in Design with experience in beauty or cosmetic industry.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
- Must be able to provide both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement.
- A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies, and ability to transform sketches into a visual and functional design masterpieces is a must.
