Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Director, Finance (Sentara Leigh Hosptial).

Position Status : Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location : This position is in person.

Standard Working Hours : 8 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years management experience required.
• CPA required or master's degree in lieu of CPA.

Preferred :

• MHA / MBA preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience .

Expectations for this Role :

Sentara Health is seeking Director, Finance. This director will provide leadership through financial analysis, management and decision support to assigned areas.

Leads and coordinates financial management with the Vice President, division Finance, President / Administrator and finance support staff at Corporate.

As an essential member of the division's Senior Leadership Team, provides management input to improve / maintain performance of Sentara.
