We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Specialist to support high-volume hiring operations across multiple locations. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager of Rail Recruiting Operations, this role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment processfrom candidate screening to interview coordinationensuring timely and effective staffing solutions. As the first point of contact for many applicants, you will play a vital role in shaping the candidate experience and partnering closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Review applications and resumes to evaluate candidate suitability
• Conduct high-volume phone screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and interpersonal fit
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential candidates, answering inquiries and providing information about job opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, hiring events, and scheduling with hiring managers; follow up to support decision-making
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as candidate pipeline status and hires by location
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, trackers, and candidate files while safeguarding confidential information
• Support additional recruiting or HR-related projects as assigned
