WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

As a Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will :

  • Resolve billing issues and address claims questions / inquiries
  • Address benefits and enrollment questions / inquiries
  • Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect the privacy of the customer
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile

Other qualifications for our Healthcare Customer Service Representative role include :

  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A passion for helping others
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
