Location : Onsite, Half Days on Fridays. Travel will be up to 40% of the year.
Compensation : 145,000 to 155,000, with a 125,000 in commissions uncapped. Full benefits including family plans. 401K, Parental Leave, and more.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead the North American sales team for a growing software company.
This Sales Leader will be over a team of Account Managers and Account Executives. You will lead, mentor, expand with hiring, and train this team within one market vertical.

Responsibilities :
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure your sales team achieves targets and expand market share in North America.
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and decision-making.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the products and services.
Train and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives to enhance their skills, performance, and professional development
Requirements :
Bachelors Degree Required or higher
8+ years of experience within the SaaS, IoT, IT, or similar organization
10 years of Leadership experience in sales
Ability to travel up to 40% of the year
