Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Project Manager - Retail Tenant Improvements at J.A. Stowell Construction, Inc in Costa Mesa, CA.
The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of tenant improvement projects located in shopping malls, street side location, offices, etc.
Duties include but are not limited to client relations, bidding, construction management, close out, etc.
Compensation
Salary Range - $100,000 to $125,000 per year

- Expeditor and Expediting skills
- Project Management expertise
- Inspection knowledge
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, government agencies, subcontractors, etc.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction project management field.
