Tom Wood Subaru, in Indianapolis, Indiana is currently searching for a dedicated and enthusiasticDetail Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional car care, ensuring every vehicle that leaves our facility sparkles with perfection.
The ideal candidate for this role will have an eye for detail and take pride in transforming vehicles into pristine masterpieces!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with every detail job
- Uphold exceptional standards and quality of service to enhance the organization's reputation
- Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, polishing, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Inspect vehicles for any damage or necessary repairs and report findings to management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored
- Keep detailed records of services performed and inventory of detailing supplies
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Required
- Strong time management, organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a meticulous approach to your work- Required
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products- Required
- Proven experience as a Car Detail Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of various cleaning and detailing products and tools.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, for extended periods- Required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record- Required
