As a Systems Project Engineer, you will be a key player in managing and delivering complex engineering projects. We are seeking candidates with a B.
S. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, who have 1-5 years of experience in an engineering environment. Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus, and familiarity with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards, specifically 619 and 614, is highly valued.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and coordinate system projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and project goals.
- Design, develop, and optimize complex systems to meet project specifications and performance standards.
- Ensure that all projects adhere to relevant API standards, particularly API 619 and 614.
- Work closely with engineering teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and integration.
- Conduct thorough analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of system-related issues and challenges.
- Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, project reports, and status updates.
- Stay informed about the latest engineering trends, tools, and technologies to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 1-5 years of relevant work experience; experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and API standards
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
