As the Human Resource Assistant, assist in facilitating and managing all aspects of dealership employment with regard to local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Facilitate the staffing process, including recruitment, interviews, hiring, and onboarding, and termination.
- Facilitate employee performance and salary / wage reviews.
- Review, approve, and process payroll through Paylocity system.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution.
- Facilitate employee benefit programs such as 401K, insurance, and others.
- Maintain dealer plates and logs.

Requirements :
- 5 years of HR experience a must.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 or older
