Creative Food Group is the leading hospitality team behind the award-winning restaurants by Nicholas Stefanelli. Established in 2014 by Chef Nicholas Stefanelli & Paul Jeon, Creative Food Group takes our guests through culinary experiences from the fine dining critically acclaimed Masseria to culinary collective Officina, and now to the new luxury hotel The Morrow in Washington's vibrant Union Market neighborhood, a part of the DC Curio Collection by Hilton.
Officina oh · fee · she · nah , or workshop, is an Italian-inspired culinary collective from Chef Nicholas Stefanelli of Michelin-star Masseria.
Officina is the realization of Chef Stefanelli's career-long dream to bring the very best of Italian gastronomy together under one roof.
Our flagship is a three-story space home to an all-day cafe, highly-curated marketplace featuring sought-after ingredients and prepared specialty items, a casual trattoria rooted in classic Italian cuisine, rare Amaro Library, versatile private event spaces, and year-round rooftop.
In terms of both cuisine and service, our standards are high and so are those of our guests.
As the floor manager, you will oversee service and be in action on the floor. You will be expected to work closely with the general manager, leadership and support team.
Officina is seeking a demonstrated leader with a positive attitude and a genuine team player. The ability to work under pressure and make customer service top priority is a must.
