A day in the life.
- Provides an exceptional colleague experience in learning and onboarding.
- Innovates and tries new tools and techniques to create learning interactions.
- Continuously improves the training program utilizing the best delivery option for each interaction to include a variety of live and on-demand approaches.
- Uses the full capabilities of the tools and platforms available to create highly effective learning content.
- Creates, revises, and improves current processes and procedures that will aid in the consistency of the training program.
- Supports and mentors new colleagues, encouraging questioning and participation.
- Coordinates with colleagues to ensure they obtain appropriate licensing.
Our future colleague.
We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills :
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially the ability to convey complex material in simpler terms, using various channels such as virtual presentations, job aids, and procedures.
- High empathy and emotional intelligence.
- P&C licensed, with client-facing experience, and an expert user of the agency management system, carrier systems, and related tools.
- Strong coverage knowledge, including applying it to client / prospect scenarios.
- Commitment to continuing education, professional growth and development.
- The desire to coach and develop colleagues, with an understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools.
- Demonstrated aptitude with Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and OneNote.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply :
- Prior training delivery experience.
- Family Office experience.
- Various roles held within PCS would be a plus.
- Knowledge and practical experience in applying Adult Learning Theory.
- Insurance certifications are a plus.
