What You Will Be Doing
This PM Will
- Help manage commercial, multi-family, and healthcare related construction projects
- Oversee the construction
- Work with Contractor / subcontractor on pre-qualifications
- Develop scopes & buy-outs
- Schedule of overall job and subcontractors
- submit RFIs, change orders, and directives
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years in Commercial and / or Multifamily Construction, the more the better
- Construction Management degree or higher education preferred
- Excellent Communication
