Are you a skilled logistics professional with a passion for optimizing shipping and delivery processes? We're excited to announce an opportunity for an Import / Export Coordinator at a rapidly growing logistics company!
As an Import / Export Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for managing inbound containers, outbound orders, and streamlining shipping processes.
You'll collaborate closely with our international shipping team, US office, carriers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage inbound and outbound orders, verifying accuracy and ensuring shipping forms are correctly filed.
- Process transportation invoices (ocean freight, air cargo, etc.) accurately and promptly.
- Communicate with overseas teams, internal warehouse members, and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery.
- Create and maintain SOPs for import, domestic, and export shipping via air, ocean, rail, and carrier.
- Track and expedite delivery processes, including ISF filing and Customs documentation.
- Collaborate with Accounting and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment clearance.
- Coordinate deliveries for new, returned, and repaired products.
- Investigate and manage carrier disputes and troubleshoot delivery issues.
- Expand shipping capacity by negotiating with carriers, brokers, and 3PL providers.
- Manage Amazon FBA and other distribution center procedures.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of logistics experience.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA and distribution center scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage international and domestic shipping processes.
