The Wellness Centre is currently seeking candidates for a Guest Relations Coordinator. This is a part-full time position.

Candidate must be available to work on Saturdays and some evenings until 7pm. The perfect candidate will have a dynamic personality and excited for a new venture! Spa experience a plus!

• Welcome and introduce guests to facility and services available
• Assist guests with purchase of retail products
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Verify medical insurance and communicate to patients
• Schedule and Confirm all appointments according to company protocols
• Provide thorough and knowledgeable explanations of services and products
• Excellent telephone service to guests
• Perform sales transactions, creates and takes responsibility for point of sale data; follow procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Actively maintain a beautiful physical environment in all the public areas of the spa and engage in cleaning and re-stocking
• Understand and follow all policies, procedures, and standards
• Communicate effectively within the spa
• Schedule reservations with guests
• Reconcile and balance all therapists slips at the close of the shift
• Reconcile and balance cash drawer at the close of shift

Minimum Requirements :

• Professional appearance
• Outgoing personality, positive attitude
• Organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience
• Strong verbal communication and written skills
• Strong appointment scheduling and computer skills
• Telephone skills
• Strong desire to deliver high quality customer service
• Flexible work schedule
• Ability to handle pressure situations with demanding client and management needs

Required experience : Previous Spa or Medical office experience preferred, Customer Service : 1 year
