Job Details
The Role's Leader is a guiding force and logical problem-solver who inspires team members and sets a positive example. The holder of this role will manage sensitive and time-critical information and must ensure strict privacy concerning delicate client and team member details.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Tax Leadership team to meet departmental goals.
- Assist Senior Managers and Executives in nurturing client relationships and understanding their businesses.
- Build client rapport to become the main point of contact during engagements.
- Spot potential accounting and tax concerns for dialogue with Partners & Clients.
- Formulate strategies and targets to counsel clients.
- Compile and evaluate intricate tax files and documentation.
- Keep up with changes in federal, state, and local tax laws and communicate them promptly.
- Implement and encourage top-tier practices, processes, and controls within the Tax Division.
- Oversee and mentor team members.
- Control client workflow and guarantee adherence to timelines.
- Review tax filings and supervise the quality of work within the tax unit as needed.
- Engage in unique assignments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or MST certification
- 2-3 years in a leadership role at a Public Accounting Firm with 7-10 years of tax background.
- Sharp planning, project handling, and organizational abilities with meticulous detail orientation.
- Flexibility to adapt to novel, diverse, or evolving demands, maintaining a pace.
- Well-versed in QuickBooks, both online and desktop versions.
- Competency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
