Global Enablement Technology team is looking for a TPM who thrives in a fast-paced collaborative environment and loves working with the best technology teams in the world.
In this role you will help product teams from Architects to Devops manage complex dependencies and aggressive initiative timelines.
- The position requires working cross-functionally with Product Marketing leadership as well as product managers and team leads from engineering, architecture, user experience, sales and field enablement teams.
- The ideal candidate must enjoy being challenged, learning-by-doing, working as a team and have excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities :
- Act as an expert and trusted advisor for internal product lifecycle and business processes
- Help design & roll out internal process workflows and metrics
- Provide guidance and coaching to help teams understand and follow best practices
- Run the logistics for meetings such as Monthly Reviews, Engineering Reviews
- Run key meetings within your specific area, and as well facilitate conversation and drive actions.
- Drive clear decision making (process, tools and facilitation) required to balance risk, effort and timelines
- Ensure proper data collection and monitoring tools and dashboards are in place
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration
- Facilitate the development of collaborative cross-team dependency solutions
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Guide timely escalation up the chain when needed
- Lead and implement process improvements (change management)
- Ensure appropriate, regular cadence of communication across all stakeholders
- Conduct retrospectives and gather feedback and data on program success metrics
- Work to improve processes while managing active projects
- Drive planning and execution with initiative owners
- Work with product owners to break down and organize work into an effective plan
- Ensure visibility of work and its status in our systems of record
- Proactively identify and track risks and mitigations

Required Skills :
- 5+years’ experience managing technical, complex initiatives & projects from initiation to completion for a SaaS / PaaS based organization
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
- Superior problem solving and troubleshooting skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment to manage issue resolutions.
- Ability to work and effectively, prioritize and organize your work and the work of others in a highly dynamic environment
- Ability to manage expectations within a cross-functional environment
- Experience working with software incubation projects & lifecycle management
- Experience practicing principles of Lean and Agile and how to blend with traditional project management best practices
- Preference for collaborative work as a member of a multidisciplinary team
- Experience overcoming the difficulties of managing projects with remote and global team members
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to perform business / systems analysis to assist with process solution
Nice to have :
- Familiarity with MuleSoft and Salesforce a strong plus
- Certifications in one or more : Agile Scrum Master, Kanban, Scaled Agile
