Key Responsibilities :

• Standard Work Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
• Research and Evaluation : Conduct thorough research to vet carriers, ensuring they adhere to Ardent's stringent standards.
• Database Management : Maintain and regularly update the carrier database to reflect current information.
• Collaborative Onboarding : Partner with the sales team to efficiently onboard new carriers, ensuring a seamless integration process.
• Quality Assurance Monitoring : Regularly review industry monitoring sites to maintain the highest quality of carriers.
• Insurance Compliance : Scrutinize insurance certificates to confirm they meet required coverage levels.
