Job Description

The Product System and Analytics Manager has a deep understanding of health plan operations, plan benefits, system integrations, and product analytics to oversee and guide a team of Product System Analysts and develop comprehensive product reporting. This includes responsibility for reviewing their work for quality assurance and standardization and directing their work by ensuring solutions are thoroughly sound through a strong knowledge of plan requirements (both State and Federal), identification of upstream / downstream impacts, gaps and dependencies. This individual has experience documenting business processes workflows as well as gathering business requirements to solve complex business operational and technical problems through the use of the Product System / Unified Product Platform (UPP) and related solutions and collaborating with internal and external stakeholder groups. This individual will serve as a champion for leveraging product data to improve overall business effectiveness and will provide information and analytic findings to Blue KC product organization utilizing UPP data along with related data from other areas of the business (membership, claims, etc). Under general direction, designs and executes moderately complex analysis through the creation of dashboards and ad hoc reports. Provides project leadership and direction with other analytical organization and IT system partners.
