• Oversee multiple production projects, ensuring they meet specifications, schedules, volume / cost / wastage targets, and quality standards.
• Plan, direct, and monitor production processes.
• Liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply & Logistics, and Sales to develop and optimize production schedules.
• Allocate labor and capital resources.
• Manage production line maintenance to minimize disruptions.
• Lead quality investigations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent.
• Adhere to GxP regulations by following SOPs, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training.
• Meet individual job requirements and contribute to overall compliance.
• All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training.
• Responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization.
