Position Summary

Th e Product Manage r is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including : gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, operations, finance, support , and sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver product strategy by building , managing and prioritizing product backlog
  • Coordinate with all cross-functional teams to gather feedback on requirements
  • Write user stories and support product documentation for upcoming launches
  • Provide new feature training, start up support and sales support as needed to ensure product success
  • Engage with the development team as the p roduct o wner to contribute to and lead aspects of our agile scrum practices by participating in standup, backlog grooming, sprint planning and retrospectives
  • Leverage data and business insights to support product lifecycle from inception to post launch

Position Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent required , MBA is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years ' product management experience in an agile environment with cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Examples and at least one sample of an effective product document delivered in the past
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

Valid driver's license

Travel Requirements

Willingness to travel up to 10 %

Estimated Wage Ramge : $97,200-$133,700+
