Dynamic Network Support is a Managed Services Provider specializing in the design, maintenance, and support of IT infrastructure for small to enterprise-level businesses.
Currently we are hiring a Cloud Migration Specialist.
Candidates must be able to work extremely closely with customers and display comfort in a variety of situations, whether it is a large corporation, a small business, or a residence.
A solid work ethic, the ability to work independently (but also work well as part of a team), good communication skills (both verbal and written), and the understanding that no job is complete until the documentation is done, are all a must.
As a Cloud Migration Specialist at DNS, you will wear many hats. From cloud migration to helping solve help desk tickets.
This position offers you the ability to see many different parts of what we do, also allowing growth and new opportunities.
Some of your duties may include but aren’t limited to :
- Provide technical support for our client base as an individual or in a team
- Complete tasks to include : troubleshooting / configuring / maintaining desktop / server hardware, operating systems, office productivity software, network hardware and software, security devices and software, printers, and mobile devices
- Microsoft 365 Migrations
- Provide support for Help Desk
- Work with supervisors to plan and execute support related tasks
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues as they are assigned
- Document work performed upon completion
We feel qualified candidates should have :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant IT service experience
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt working style and approach to best communicate with customers
- Complete tasks assigned in a timely manner and report to supervisors quickly as required
- Clearly summarize tasks performed verbally and in writing

Technical Qualifications :
- A good understanding of customer applications such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and web browsers
- Experience working with cloud technologies and working with common hosting concepts (DNS, webservers, FTP, SSH, RDP)
- Troubleshooting PC-based Computer Hardware
- Installation and Configuration of Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 / 2022
- Configuring Outlook (POP / IMAP / local Exchange / hosted Exchange)
- Installation, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of Windows 10 / 11 (both workgroup and domain environments)
- Cable / DSL / T1 / Fiber Connections (shared Internet connections in general)
- Network Infrastructure (switches / routers / firewalls / port-forwarding)
- NTFS Permissions
- Virus / Spyware Removal
- Printing (local and remote)
- VPN Setup and Operation (client and server)
- Wireless (WiFi) Protocols and Security
- DNS, DHCP, TCP / IP
