Description

Technical Account Manager

BETSOL is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our team. The Techncial Account Manager will be responsible for establishing an excellent working relationship with assigned clients and serve as a client advocate to ensure quality delivery of services.

The Account Manager will connect with clients regularly to deepen client relationships and find opportunities to solve client challenges and / or support their growth.

You will be a good fit if you are organized, an exceptional communicator, solution oriented, interested in a career path in sales and have a minimum of three years of account management or sales experience.

This is a Full-Time position located in Broomfield, CO

Essential Job Functions

  • Address customer needs by bringing together customer stakeholders and internal stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders to plan for customer growth
  • Monitor and report revenue realized against planned revenue on a monthly basis
  • Address any issues that led to gaps in revenue realized and planned revenue by working with finance and internal stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders to respond to RFP’s
  • Work with people across different time zones and countries to deliver on time

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum of three years business-to-business relationship management experience
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Ability to effectively articulate our value proposition as part of an overall business solution
  • Hands-on attitude, ambitious and passionate
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with a high level of independence
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to make sound business judgments
  • Ability to effectively learn technical products, services and solutions and apply the new knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree required
